Positive air pressure
Water-cooled and filtered air is injected into the production area through five high-pressure turbines. This process creates a 24/7 positive air pressure inside the building ensuring the highest hygiene standards and insect control.
Insulated production area
All production areas are enclosed with double doors. A sensor controlled, air-tight, automatic door have been installed at the main entrance.
Dust control
All production floors are treated by epoxy for dust control.
Air-conditioned work areas
The packaging site is 100% air-conditioned to provide a clean and comfortable work environment.
Uniforms
We are one of the few production plants that provide uniforms, head and shoe covers for all production staff and visitors to ensure a dust free environment.
