A
top quality film is clear, not hazy. You can not only see the
difference, but also feel the difference between our cling film and
those of lesser quality. We have created a film that provides your
end-user customers with the perfect balance of cling along with easy handling.
Cling film belongs to a very tiny portion of the plastics business,
contributing about one in a billion (by volume) of all plastic
produced. The manufacturing process calls for highly specialized
machines and specialized materials.
Only cling film manufacturers, such as Fine
Vantage, with a large volume and long history can pre-book the required
FDA-approved materials (LDPE and cling enhancers). These materials are
not openly traded. Food-grade LDPE is much higher in cost than
commodity grade and sells for an additional premium over
commodity resin.
Proprietary Process
To achieve consistent quality only special grade FDA-approved materials (LDPE and cling enhancers)
are used. After literally decades of research, we have developed a
proprietary process using carefully selected materials that offer our
clients:

The Right Technology
Our
manufacturing process and equipment is state-of-the-art. The technology
we use was set up by leading North American cling film engineers. Our
clients benefit from an improved process that produces a crystal clear
surface and even thickness.

The extruder machine is manufactured by Gloucester Engineering Co., Inc. Our clients receive consistent film quality year round through our advanced computer-controlled chilled air ring.
Our
machines produce 350 feet of cling film per minute through
sophisticated tension control and rewinding systems that completely
remove tension build-up and film surface wrinkles.
Real Time Quality Assurance
Each and every jumbo roll of cling film is examined in-house. Cling film samples are regularly sent to SGS for integrity and quality examination. This regular testing ensures our customers with independently-verified consistency of quality.
Fine Vantage Guangzhou Limited is an ISO9001:2000 Company and we hire external consultant each year to
review and train our production staff to meet the highest standards in
production, hygiene and work-flow practices.
